Saints Take Home Major Awards

Greenville, SC- Randall Men's basketball picked up some major awards at the National Tournament. Antonio Wilson was named as a First Team All-American and was also named the National Player of the Year. This is the fourth straight year that the Saints bring home this award, with Trey Sneed winning three in a row.

Kashus Lyons was also named as a Third Team All-American team and Head Coach Mark Berokoff was named National Coach of the Year for the second time in his career at Randall University.

 

Player Highlights:

Antonio Wilson - Was named the Southwest Region MVP, First Team All-American, and National Player of the Year. Antonio ended his career as a three-time National Champion and three-time Southwest Region Champion. This season, Antonio ranked 7th in single-season scoring leaders at Randall University, 7th all-time leading scorer, 2nd all-time in assists, and 6th all-time in 3-points made.

Kashus Lyons - Was named as a Third Team All-American for the third straight year. Kashus ended his career as a three-time National Champion, three-time Southwest Region Champion, and was named to the National All-Tournament team in 2018.  Kashus ended his career at Randall as the 6th all-time scoring leader, 1st all-time in steals, 1st all-time in games played, 1st all-time in 3-points made, 3rd all-time in assists, and 3rd all-time in total rebounds.
