Big Game From Jordan Marshall Propels Saints Over Ambassadors

Joplin, MO - 

Coach Berokoff wasn't worried. Three days after the Saints were on the wrong side of a loss to MACU Berokoff new they could perform better. Berokoff stated "We were beat soundly by a very good well coached basketball team and we will use this to continue to build and get better for March." 

Right he was.

The Saints bounced back after a loss over the weekend with a 87-71 win over Ozark Christian College on Tuesday night in Joplin, MO. And give Marshall plenty of credit. The forward had 27 points (10-17 shooting) and nine rebounds.

Saints guard Brent Clark also had his season-high 19 points (7-of-11 shooting) Tuesday night. John Bailey had 14 points, eight rebounds, and two assists. And point guard Isaiah Tillman had eight points, five assists and seven rebounds.

After coming off the bench Saints guard Zach Lablance had 10 points to help lead the team to a victory.

After the game Coach Berokoff had some positive words to say, "Great team win on the road against a very good team, loved our energy and buy in."
