Women's Basketball Home Opener

Women's Basketball fell short to Bethel College 78-65.  Randall was lead by Aaliyah Austin and Kenzie Ezekie, both having 14 points. Armani Rochon lead in rebounds with 9.

Recap of the 1st quarter Saints behind 14-13 to nationally ranked # 18 Bethel. Kenzie Ezekie lead the Saints in points with 4, she was prefect from the field 2-2. Armani Rochon was cleaning the glass in the 1st with 5 rebounds. Randall had a better shooting percent from the field with 35%.

In the 2nd quarter, Kenzie Ezekie again lead Randall in scoring with 7 and still prefect from the field 3-3. Mikayla Emarthle also added 7 of her own. Mikayla was a rebound machine getting over half with 6 rebounds. Saints still behind 34-36.

3rd quarter, HayDen Epley lead the team in scoring with 5; she was prefect from the field 2-2 while hitting a deep three. Saints trail 50-59.

4th quarter, Hayli Hoffman lead Randall with 6 points going perfect from the field and the free throw line(2-2 on both.) Armani Rochon and Aaliyah Austin worked hard to earn 3 rebounds to lead team. Randall falls to Bethel 65-78.

Coach Garcia has high hopes for the young team. "Despite it being a tough loss, I am extremely encouraged. The girls played with a lot of heart and never gave up. We are extremely young and only have one returner, I think as we continue to grow as individuals and as a team we are going to surprise some people."

Women's Basketball back in action Oct. 26 at the Oklahoma Wesleyan Classic.
