Joe Adair comes to Randall University after four seasons an Assistant Baseball Coach and two seasons as the Associate Head Coach for the University of Fort Lauderdale Eagles under Head Baseball Coach Billy Glessner. He also served as the Head Developmental Baseball Coach for the Eagles. 

In their first full year at UFTL and in the program's initial campaign, Adair helped lead the Eagles to a #1 seed in the NCCAA South Region Tournament and an appearance at the NCCAA World Series, where they would finish second. The Eagles set the bar high, as they ended their inaugural season as the #3 ranked program in the NCCAA baseball final  coaches poll.

In year two, Adair helped lead the Eagles to their first NCCAA South Region Championship and their second consecutive trip to the NCCAA World Series. They would go on to finish the season with a #5 NCCAA National Ranking.

Year 3 saw the Eagles compile a 38-12 regular season campaign and a birth to their 3rd straight NCCAA World Series appearance. The Eagles also spent a large portion of the season ranked #1 in the NCCAA National Coaches Poll.

Year 4 saw the EAgles compile 41-15 record and a 4th straight trip to the NCCAA World Series in Kansas City, MO. The Eagles were rank inside the top 10 for a majority of the 2025 seasson.

During Adair’s time at UFTL, the Eagles baseball program has compiled 108 wins and produced 3 NCCAA World Series Appearances, 1 NCCAA South Region Championship, 30 NCCAA All-South Region Selections, 2 NCCAA Scholar Athletes, 2 NCCAA South Region Players of the Year, a 3-time NCCAA South Region Pitcher of the Year, and 8 NCCAA All-Americans.

Prior to UFTL, Adair spent 3 years as the Head Baseball Coach at Plantation High School in Plantation, Florida. Before his time at Plantation he served as a high school pitching coach.

Adair is a 2005 graduate of Western High School in Davie, Florida where he played baseball and was a team captain for the Wildcats.

After high school he would go on to attended Brewton-Parker College in Mount Vernon, Georgia where he was a Left-Handed Pitcher for the Barons.

Adair comes to Moore, Ok from Plantation, FL with his wife Amanda and their daughter Kacie.
