Moore, OK - Yesterday at 7:00 PM the Saints hosted Langston University for their first game of the season.  The Saints started out hot in the first half as they jumped on the Lions with ten straight unanswered points.  From here on out it was back and forth as Langston slowly started making their way back up.  The Saints finished out the first half with a score of 34-31.  The second half was an absolute nail biter as it was close all the way to the end.  With four seconds left Langston pulled up for a jumper to go up by one point.  With a few seconds left the Saints were able to get the ball to Jordan Marshall for the final shot.  However the shot was well contested and bounced off the rim.  The Saints put up a great fight against a bigger NAIA team.  Both Kyle Malone and Brent Clark finished the game with eleven points.  Isaiah Tillman also led the team with five assists as Jordan Marshall led the team with ten rebounds.  The Saints play in a tri-match series this Friday and Saturday in Arizona.  Stay tuned for more info!
