It was a week of firsts for Randall Women's Soccer, at least for the 2023 season.  New coach Byron Gutierrez won his first game as a collegiate head coach. (Congrats again!!!)  The Saints also won their most lop-sided game in four years taking care of Spurgeon by an 11-0 final score.

This game also allowed an opportunity for Randall to have their first National NCCAA Player of the Week in forward Mykaila King.  Mykaila was unstoppable scoring 4 goals and tallying 2 assists in the win vs Spurgeon.  She is tied for 3rd nationally in goals scored and tied for first in assists. 

When asked about Mykaila, Coach Byron Gutierrez said, Mykaila's tenacity and adjustments within the game makes her an offensive threat in our region,"

Saints continue play this week against Arlington Baptist and Austin.
