Lady Saints Soccer Gearing up for Regional Tournament

The Randall University Women's Soccer team continues to find their rhythm late in the season, improving to 6-5-1 after an impressive 3-0 victory over Crowder College, a Division I JUCO opponent. The Lady Saints' offense was powered by Ireland McKibbon, who netted two goals in the win. McKibbon has been a strong and consistent presence all year, providing energy, leadership, and timely scoring for the Saints' attack.

While the team has faced adversity this season, they've shown tremendous resilience. Starting goalkeeper Addi Amrein was off to a strong start before suffering an unfortunate injury, but Lyli Perez has stepped up in her place and hasn't missed a beat—recording two straight shutouts during the win streak.

Offensively, Victoria Hito, a standout sophomore, continues to shine as one of the top scorers in the region with 10 goals on the season. Jade Flower has been outstanding in the playmaking role, leading the team in assists, while Emily Hernandez has been a constant presence—starting every match and providing invaluable leadership on and off the field.

Behind the scenes, the coaching staff has played a vital role in the team's success. Head Coach Byron Guitterez and Assistant Coach Lucy Robinson have done a stellar job preparing the team and keeping them focused through ups and downs. Jared Sutmiller and Gabbie Wilkins have also made their presence felt, contributing greatly to player development and the team's positive environment.

The Lady Saints' determination, chemistry, and all-around team effort have them finishing the regular season on a strong note. They'll look to keep the momentum going with two final road matches—at Hesston College on October 21st and at NOC-Enid on October 24th.

As the regular season comes to a close, the Lady Saints are gearing up for the regional tournament and looking to make some serious noise. With confidence growing, key players stepping up, and a dedicated coaching staff leading the way, Randall is ready to compete with anyone who stands in their path.
