Mike Freeman has been named the NCCAA DII Volleyball Coach of the Year.

Freeman led the Saints to a southwest region shared regular season title, a southwest region tournament championship and the #1 overall seed in the 2024 NCCAA DII National Tournament. 

The Saints were ranked inside the top 10 all year, and were inside the top 5 all year in every offensive catagory. Resulting in a 18-3 regular season record, with 2 of those losses in 5 sets. They defeated NAIA Southwestern in 5 sets at home, swept the #1 Manhattan Christian at home. They also won two of three matches against eventual national champion Arlington Baptist.
